Customer booking
The public website captures the same flow shown in the reference video, then adds pricing clarity, account notes, and a clean payment handoff.
1. Request commercial laundry pickup
Hotels, rentals, gyms, clinics, and restaurants enter bag count, weight estimate, pickup address, and service notes.
2. Choose service and delivery window
Wash and fold, linen processing, towels, uniforms, and rush loads can be priced by bag, pound, or recurring account.
3. Pay through Stripe Connect
Marlena keeps 100% of the laundry prices she sets. The customer pays a separate YouReady platform fee at checkout.
4. Quik Carry handles load movement
Drivers pick up, scan, drop off at the laundry facility, then return clean loads with proof of delivery.
